Production Artist - Westlake Village, CA
Job Description
Schedule: Part-time (Approx. 20 hours/week, 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 3-5 months (likely to extend)A leading food company is seeking a Production Artist to support our Creative Services and Commercialization Teams across retail, industrial, and foodservice channels. This role is critical in implementing graphics direction for packaging, marketing, and sales support materials that drive their B2B communications and consumer presence.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare mechanical artwork for printer release.
- Secure proof approvals and maintain accurate file storage of approved artworks.
- Support packaging and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with customers and third-party graphic agencies on select projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with preparing artwork for print and understanding production processes.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
