Bunge is hiring for multiple full-time openings for the expansion of our Morristown, IN soy processing plant. Bunge has been an anchor in the Morristown area for 25+ years, and we are growing and expanding our local operations. Join a dynamic, high energy, and high performing team.
Open roles include:
Crush Operators
Protein Extraction Operators
Extrusion Operators
Warehouse Operators
Packaging Operators
Plant runs 24/7 operations. Schedules will vary and will work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule.
Bunge offers a generous compensation and benefits package. Pay starting at $29.92 per hour.
Core Functions:
Operate in the assigned production department of the soy protein processing facility
Participate in all aspects of safety, includingmeetings and near-miss reporting
Follow allsafety procedures and controls
Understand and be able to clearly communicatethroughout the facility
Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures
Demonstratecore values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees
Other tasks and activities assigned
Skill/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GEDpreferred
Agriculture or food processing experienceisa plus
Self-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervision
Ability to take instruction and follow directions
Comfortable workingin high places
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong mechanical skillspreferred
Proficient in basic computer skillspreferred
Must have initiative and demonstrate strong customer service skills
