Open roles include:
- Process Operators
- Operator Trainee
Plant runs 24/7 operations. Schedules will vary & will work a rotating 12 hr shift schedule.Overtime required as part of the normal schedule, call out availability, and an on-call rotation.
Core Functions:
- Operate in the assigned production department of the oilseed processing facility, following all procedures & policies
- Actively participate in all aspects of safety, including near-miss reporting and meetings
- Follow all process safety procedures and controls
- Understand and be able to clearly communicatethroughout the facility
- Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge-Act as One Team, Drive for Excellence, & Do What's Right
- Other tasks and activities assigned
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- 2 years of experience as a process tech or completed or actively working towards a 2-year Process Tech degree, preferred
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervision
- Ability to take instruction and follow directions, required
- Comfortable working safely in high places.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical skills, preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills, preferred
- Positive attitude & ability to work within a team atmosphere
