Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members toidentify, manage, and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities. You will manage production staff toattainproduction and quality goals.Identifyproblems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues. You will ensure productionresourcesincluding materials,equipmentand humanresourcesare available as needed tomaintainproduction schedules. Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality,costand customer service. Manage various functions of the business andcreatingan engaged and team-oriented work forcein order toimprove business results.
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards aremaintained.
- Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
- Assistwith the supervision of sanitationoperations asnecessary to promote andmaintaina clean and food safe environment.
- Enforce plant rules,regulationsand procedures.
- Evaluate subordinate performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for work performance improvement.
- Participate in the support of plant and company safety programs, promoting andmaintaininga high levelof awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, confined space entry, etc.
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalentrequired.Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees preferred.
- Three years or more supervisory experience.
- Previousexperience working in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
- Knowledge of GMP's
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolvingand organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history.
- A self-motivated individual that is able to multi-task and lead others.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
