Our client in Broomfield, CO is looking for a Digital Project Manager with marketplace experience to join their team. This is a 40 hour/week, hybrid (onsite Tuesday/Thursday, WFH on remaining days) engagement for at least 12 months.
The ideal Digital Project Manager has ecommerce/marketplaces experience, knowledge of Rithum and Salesforce Commerce Cloud and excels in an Agile environment.
This Digital Project Manager is responsible for owning and delivering digital initiatives across their eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and supporting systems. This role is accountable for execution outcomes, ongoing platform health, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable operations and successful delivery of new enhancements. The Project Manager partners closely with a Sr. Project Manager, Product Management, Engineering, QA, IT, and business teams to support day-to-day delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a complex digital commerce ecosystem.
Digital Project Manager responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned digital and technical initiatives, accountable for scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Support the ongoing maintenance and operational stability of existing global and regional marketplaces, ensuring issues are identified, triaged, and resolved efficiently
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot platform, integration, and marketplace issues, assisting where needed to unblock delivery and maintain business continuity
- Act as a central point of coordination across Engineering, QA, Product, IT, and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and execution alignment
- Work closely with the Sr. Project Manager to support delivery planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, providing additional coverage and execution support as needed
- Coordinate execution across internal teams and external vendors, sequencing work across platforms such as Rithum, OMS, OIC, MiddleWare, and SAP integrations
- Build and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, documentation, and release artifacts to support transparency and leadership visibility
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies in highly matrixed stakeholder environments
Partner with QA and release teams to support testing execution, defect triage, release readiness, and post-launch stabilization
Support delivery standards, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across digital delivery processes
Digital Project Manager qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of experience in digital or technical project management within eCommerce or digital delivery environments
- Experience supporting delivery of initiatives involving multiple teams, platforms, and external partners
- Working knowledge of digital commerce platforms, marketplace tools, and integration-driven environments
- Experience supporting marketplace operations, third-party commerce models, or platform maintenance and enhancements
- Ability to translate business needs into structured delivery plans, tasks, and milestones
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related delivery tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
