- Define the learning and training strategy (role-based curricula, just‑in‑time training, train‑the‑trainer, e‑learning, and simulations) and coordinate with functional leads and external partners to deliver content and measure effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor change and adoption KPIs (readiness, participation, proficiency, system usage, process compliance); run readiness assessments and hypercare “war room” routines to rapidly resolve adoption issues.

- Partner with PMO to integrate change management into governance and decision-making, including RAID logs, release train planning, cutover planning, and executive updates.
- Ensure alignment with Security & Controls and Data teams so that process, role, and access changes are well understood, documented, and embedded in training and communications.
- Manage external change partners to leverage their frameworks and accelerators while maintaining a Nextracker-specific, pragmatic approach.
Requirements

- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner with executives, PMO, and functional leaders to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
