As a Proposal Manager, youll be the architect behind high-impact, customer-focused proposals that showcase our solutions and set us apart in the marketplace. Youll lead the full proposal lifecyclefrom planning and development to deliveryensuring every response is compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned with our mission.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the Charge: Manage all aspects of complex proposal requestsresearching, writing, editing, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. Youll be the driving force behind proposals that win.
- Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams across all levels and locations to gather insights and craft tailored responses.
- Orchestrate the Process: Develop and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and communications to keep everything on track and aligned.
- Coach & Elevate: Mentor proposal team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain deep knowledge of our business, services, and industry trends to ensure proposals reflect our evolving strengths.
- Enable Sales Success: Support the creation and maintenance of proposal templates, content libraries, and tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and proposal management software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Experience: 5 years in developing and producing effective sales-oriented proposals and technical response documents. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Salary Range: $66,168 - $131,417 Salary Range Disclaimer The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
