This is a hybrid role. Candidate must be local to DMV offices to attend in-person meetings on a regular basis.

As a Proposal Manager, youll be the architect behind high-impact, customer-focused proposals that showcase our solutions and set us apart in the marketplace. Youll lead the full proposal lifecyclefrom planning and development to deliveryensuring every response is compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned with our mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead the Charge: Manage all aspects of complex proposal requestsresearching, writing, editing, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. Youll be the driving force behind proposals that win.
  • Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams across all levels and locations to gather insights and craft tailored responses.
  • Orchestrate the Process: Develop and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and communications to keep everything on track and aligned.
  • Coach & Elevate: Mentor proposal team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain deep knowledge of our business, services, and industry trends to ensure proposals reflect our evolving strengths.
  • Enable Sales Success: Support the creation and maintenance of proposal templates, content libraries, and tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and proposal management software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • PMP or AMPM preferred.

Experience: 5 years in developing and producing effective sales-oriented proposals and technical response documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy benefit knowledge is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skillsespecially with remote teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate resource needs effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and quality.
  • Versatile communication style that resonates across all levels.
  • Mastery of grammar, style, and formatting, with familiarity in writing guides and proposal standards.

Salary Range: $66,168 - $131,417

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
