Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Bellevue, KY
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 12+ months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $17/hr. (paid weekly)
Schedule: M-F 7:45-4:45 PM ( they ask you guys are available to work 3.5-5 hours 1 Saturday a month)
Project Description: Division of Drivers Licenses (DDL) seeks exceptional individuals to join as Customer Service Agents to meet increased demand. The rollout of a new digitized license computer system across the state requires travel to issuance locations statewide. Opportunities for advancement within DDL exist. Agents will be assigned a mobile unit and travel to various locations, including manufacturing centers, libraries, prisons, and other local areas needing Driver’s License services. Personal vehicles are not required.

- Advisory Role: Advise applicants on driver licensing questions and concerns.
Additional Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree; administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Experience: At least 2 years of computer technology experience
