Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr
As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, helping us identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Qualification: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management: Input and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as job posting, candidate correspondence, and documentation and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related role is a plus but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
