A Day In The Life:
The foodservice Regional Sales Manager - Northeast will lead Bunge's efforts to profitably grow its broadline distribution business in the northeastern United States. This person will be responsible for building key broadline distributor and regional chain customer relationships both directly and through Bunge's broker sales network.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Be a catalyst for the change required to meet Bunge's strategic objectives in the broadline foodservice within assigned territory.
* Continually plan and develop new opportunities to grow Bunge's market share.
* Support the existing business while growing margin and sales volume of distributor value-added and Bunge brands.
* Develop new business of Bunge brands with scaled operators / regional chains (Technomic Top 101-500)
* Train and manage tactical activities of Bunge's broker network in the assigned region with a focus on commanding mind share and focus selling Bunge products.
* Execute the distributor marketing and sales activities as defined by the Corporate Account Lead and the Director of Sales - Foodservice
* Manage commercial activities including but not limited to commodity contract adherence, forecasting, trade spend, and RFPs.
* Drive customer focus by being the voice of your customers within the broader Bunge organization.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred;
* 4-8 years of foodservice sales experience required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, senior management, and internal stakeholders
* Experience operating in a cross functional organization
* Experience managing a foodservice broker and driving value added sales focus
* Strong customer knowledge and relationships across the assigned region
* Experience managing a portfolio of products ranging from basic staple commodities to specialty value-added
* Strong proficiency in office productivity and CRM software
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong teamwork

The compensation range for this position is $100,640.00 - $113,220.00. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
