We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Administrative Data Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
