Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain existing data records.
- Identify and correct errors in data entries.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards.
- Meet established deadlines for data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum [X] words per minute).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
