NRG is hiring driven salespeople to work a multi-brand strategy. The Sales representative will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through promoting and selling products and services in various settings, inclusive of events, retail stores, and other tabling sales opportunities. The sales agent's primary goal is to enroll new customers into energy services.Sales Agents will be responsible to achieve goals set by the Sales Team Lead and/or Area Manager. They will also work closely with other members of the sales team to determine best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, learn market trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and must be 18 years of age or older Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Physical Requirements: May occasionally require lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities Working Conditions: Working onsite at assigned location(s) Must be available to work evenings and weekends This position is a part-time position eligible for commission incentives and/or targets provided by the Team Leads and/or Area Managers Note: This is NOT door to door sales (D2D) or telephone sales (Cold Calling).
