Position Summary
Make AI real, safe, and valuable for our Loan Officers. You will research, evaluate, integrate, launch, and scale third-party AI tools—and partner on internal builds—so Sales can spend more time in high-value conversations and less time on busywork. You’ll spend time with Loan Officers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and daily workflows, identifying the biggest opportunities for AI to simplify their work and drive productivity. You’ll also work closely with the AI risk, software advisory, legal, compliance, vendor management, and InfoSec teams to evaluate and approve vendors for use in the field.
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $91,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
