Job Description

Built on the tradition of "Picture Day", Lifetouch has captured the unique personalities of children and families for more than 85 years.As Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of driven outside sales reps-coaching, supporting, and pushing them to deliver big results across all product lines. We're looking for someone with high energy, a passion for developing people, and a strong sense of ownership when it comes to hitting goals and driving accountability.What You'll Do Here:
  • Execute sales strategies, in alignment with company expectations, and ensures successful execution
  • Define sales territories, set quotas and goals, and guide sales reps and clients on effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Utilizes sales statistics to manage goals territory has for profitable growth and retention
  • Reviews market data to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Manage sales expense budget, monitor sales team activity and expense reports to ensure accountability and performance
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing rebooking and sales opportunities
  • Coordinates meetings to provide to the sales team motivation and update them on new and existing products, marketing programs, sales techniques, new styles, etc.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with sales reps to provide coaching and support
  • Ensures adequate sales coverage to ensure existing and new customers receive a consistent positive message from Lifetouch
  • Always manages territory business within the Company's customer relationship management system (i.e. Salesforce) in accordance with established procedures (includes documenting all sales activities, managing opportunity stages and consistently cleaning account data)
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews and be responsible for driving and inspiring a team by creating a culture of performance and sales excellence
  • The Skills You'll Bring:
  • 5-7 year of sales or sales management experience
  • 3-5 years managing and leading direct reports, managing field sellers across multiple states and leading and inspiring sales teams through transformation change
  • Managing the sales within a $25+ million in sales volume organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership skills, strong influencing skills and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Full use of dependable, insured automobile
  • It is helpful, but not required to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and training.
