Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team while managing their own book of business. This individual will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and overseeing 2–3 national accounts directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using ZoomInfo and other tools.
  • Manage 2–3 national accounts with direct oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Utilize AI-driven industry software to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager (industry experience not required).
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo for lead generation and client research.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and dynamic sales software.
  • Strong integrity, work ethic, and leadership skills.
