Duties: Provide oversight and direction on key projects to ensure project and program objectives are met, including executing projects on time, within budget, and meeting overall program objectives. Coordinate complex projects across the enterprise and among all levels of the organization. Identify and manage fulfillment of project resource needs. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for multiple strategic initiatives. Partner with the business lead to ensure successful project delivery, on time and on budget, including regular team updates on project execution (e.g., project status meetings). Organize status update meetings and holding workstreams accountable to meeting agreed upon deliverables. Analyze and assist in documenting cost/benefit of potential options related to projects. Establish timelines, milestones, defining implementation dates, and managing dependencies with regular communication to business leaders and project team members ensuring requirements can be met. Manage resource requirements to ensure project deliverables are met.


Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in project management, data analysis, and reporting and visualization. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): manage resource requirements to ensure project deliverables are met, including establishing timelines and management of status, stakeholders, and dependencies through regular communication to stakeholders; develop and enhance dashboards in Tableau desktop and cloud platforms to summarize data from various sources and prepare insights based on the outputs; develop and manage project plans for multiple initiatives using frameworks such as PMP and Agile; partner with leads to ensure successful project delivery based on time, budget and scope; establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process workflow optimization, and problem solving; and identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators/measures. Must possess (certifications): Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. Position requires domestic travel up to 4 times a year. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
