Location: Dania Beach, FL
On-Site requirement: 5 days per week
Rate / Salary Range: $80-85K

Job Description
Our agency client, known for its vibrant culture and deep expertise in the hospitality and travel space, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join their collaborative, close-knit team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dania Beach, Florida. Recent agency experience is required and any experience hospitality related is a huge plus!
You'll have the opportunity to work on a varied slew of branded print and digital advertisements ranging from print ads, billboards/OOH, event collateral to social, web design, email marketing campaigns and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling print and digital assets including advertisements, logos, and branded materials
- Develop visual concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally using Workamajig to manage creative workflows and approvals
- Translate client objectives into visually engaging solutions that resonate with target audiences
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Designer in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in hospitality or travel (highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on both Mac and PC
- Expertise in layout, typography, branding, and print production
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior creatives
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
Benefits
Paid Time Off & Sick Hours:
- 56 Sick/PTO hours (equivalent to 7 days).
- Additional 56 hours accrued annually on each one-year anniversary, with a carry-over limit of 112 hours.
Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan available after 90 days.
