Asset Management Senior Executive Assistant
The Role
The Asset Management (AM) Senior Executive Assistant position in Fidelity's Asset Management (AM) division plays a vital role in the company's success. Individuals serving in these positions are part of a larger AM Compliance, Risk and Business Operations global administrative team and recognized by their colleagues as key members of our team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company and frequently deal directly with customers and business partners as well. In this role, you will provide advanced and diverse administrative support within Asset Management. This support will include:
Provide all aspects of support (e.g., proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, trouble shooting of conflicts and potential obstacles, domestic and international travel planning and expense reporting) for multiple executives and investment professionals
Manage daily workflow of expected and unexpected requests and commitments to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
Communicate 'on behalf of' at all levels both internally and externally
Develop and maintain working relationships across business units to facilitate efficiency and problem solving
Engage with team members to advance best practices and cross-train on new and existing tools
The expectation would be that you will work from the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Friday.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
This position requires an experienced administrative assistant who demonstrates professionalism, maturity, enthusiasm, initiative and a high level of energy. 3+ years of executive administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization and project management skills Ability to successfully build relationships and interact positively and effectively across multiple levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Collaboration, creativity, flexibility, and teamwork in scheduling meetings
Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
Initiative and follow through to identify and resolve potential obstacles or conflicts and provide immediate resolution and/or alternatives
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams skills
Education: A bachelor's degree strongly preferred or related work experience

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $92,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
