Senior Sourcing Specialist – Procurement
Where you’ll work: In this role, you will work onsite at our North American Headquarters located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL 33547. You will work a hybrid schedule with 3 dedicated office days.
The senior sourcing specialist - procurement will provide analytical and strategic support to the Corporate Sourcing and Purchasing teams, with a strong focus on initiatives that drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This role will contribute to the sourcing of services across corporate functions by leading sourcing efforts, managing data, generating reports, conducting spend analysis, and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) within both regional and global Corporate Sourcing teams.
What you’ll do:
Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing projects focused on driving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across Corporate Sourcing and key spend areas.
Support the 9-step strategic sourcing process by delivering data analysis, reporting, and fact base development.
Contribute to category strategy development through insights and data-driven recommendations.
Track and report spend trends in key MRO categories to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Benchmark Mosaic’s costs against market indicators such as PPI, CPI, and commodity pricing to ensure competitiveness.
Monitor contractor and supplier performance against agreed commercial terms.
Lead regional sourcing projects, including supplier market identification, RFP/RFI development, market basket creation, and analysis.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Procurement Corporate Services, to support supplier negotiations and strategy execution.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree required, major in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
5+ years of experience in purchasing, financial analysis, contract negotiations, and/or enterprise business systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
