Senior Supply Chain Projects Analyst

Where will you work: Onsite at our North American Business Headquarters in Fish Hawk (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive Lithia, FL). Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace with free coffee and tea.

Join Mosaic’s Analytics and Process Improvement team as a senior supply chain projects analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain through data-driven innovation. In this dynamic, hands-on position, you’ll convert raw data into actionable insights, build interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and support scenario modeling to optimize operations. Your work will directly influence smarter decision-making and measurable performance improvements across the business. Success in this role means high adoption of your tools, reduced reporting time, cost savings through data insights, and recognition as a trusted cross-functional problem solver. What you’ll do:

  • Partner with business users to design user-friendly solutions based on their needs

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights and drive action

  • Automate data collection and reporting processes using Power Query, SQL, and Power Automate

  • Help teams adopt self-service analytics tools for faster and better decision-making

  • Assist in building scenario models using Excel Solver and Python including pandas, PuLP, and SciPy

  • Support trade-off analysis for logistics, inventory, warehouse layout, and capacity planning

  • Develop tools that enable operations to test ideas and make data-backed decisions

  • Use data to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps in supply chain processes

  • Support Lean Six Sigma projects through analysis, KPI tracking, and root cause investigation

  • Contribute to value stream mapping, standard work documentation, and post-project reviews

  • Help operational teams understand and apply data insights to improve outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, engineering or a related field

  • Five years of experience in analytics, process improvement, supply chain or related role

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel including Power Query and Solver, and SQL

  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and basic optimization modeling

  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply

  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work independently

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • Lean Six Sigma experience with Green Belt

  • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or VBA

  • Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations environments

  • Exposure to ERP or supply chain planning systems such as SAP or Oracle
