Our client is looking for a Sr. Visual Designer to work a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension/conversion. This is a fully remote, 40 hr/week assignment.
We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer (UX&UI) to lead transformative design initiatives that redefine user experiences across digital and physical platforms. This role sits within the Experience Design (XD) team, driving innovation for Loyalty and Rewards programs massive strategic shift aimed at creating a consumer flywheel and delivering significant business impact.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer with strong foundations in UX and UI, exceptional visual design sensibility, and the ability to establish design standards rather than follow them. You will influence design direction at the highest level, work within brand systems while pushing boundaries, and deliver experiences that are both consumer-first and visually impressive.

Senior Visual Designer Responsibilities:
- Lead major design initiatives for a global loyalty program, setting new standards for user experience and visual design.
- Own UX and UI design across platforms, ensuring seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.
- Establish and evolve design systems that align with brand identity while challenging industry norms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement global process improvements informed by user insights.
- Develop and articulate clear objectives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Influence senior leadership decisions through compelling design strategies and storytelling.
- Deliver innovative solutions that reflect industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging design practices.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of user-centered and visually driven design excellence.
Senior Visual Designer Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of visual design, UX and UI design experience, with proven success leading complex, multi-platform projects.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and UI principles.
- Demonstrated ability to set design standards and influence organizational design direction.
- Experience working within brand systems while introducing fresh, editorial approaches.
- A portfolio showcasing visual fit and finish, consumer-first thinking, and innovative design solutions.
- Background in fashion, e-commerce, or luxury brands is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
