Shared Living Coordinator
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Riverside Community Care as a Shared Living Coordinator for the South Shore Area!
The Shared Living Coordinator ensures the delivery of high quality, compassionate, and cost-effective services of our Shared Living Program. The coordinator is responsible for leading and directing Shared Living Providers to provide a high quality of life for individuals living in Shared Living homes.
This position is based in Norwood but does require some travelling in the south shore area.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (40 hours)
Pay Rate: $25.15/hourly

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and motivate others as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required
- Must have valid driver's license and regular access to available, dependable transportation required
Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Three years related experience required
