Our client in the beauty industry is seeking a Social Media Manager who can lead social campaigns with a creator mindset and a strong instinct for viral, entertaining content. This role blends campaign strategy, cultural relevance, and hands on content creation, including being on camera when concepts call for it.

The ideal candidate understands how to make a brand feel human, and current, and knows when to step in front of the camera and when to direct from behind it.

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Concept and create trend driven, humor led, and shareable content.
• Appear on camera for select campaigns or moments when it enhances authenticity and impact.
• Translate brand positioning into platform native content that feels natural and engaging.
• Identify cultural moments, trends, and formats early and move quickly to act on them.
• Partner with creators, influencers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Track performance and apply insights to evolve content and future campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 plus years of experience creating social content for brands, consumer or beauty preferred.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera, though not required for all content.
• Strong instincts for virality, humor, and short form storytelling.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and platform behavior.
• Creative, fast moving, collaborative, and organized.
