May also perform hands-on client engagement activities on select projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with clients, recruiters, and engagement and account team members to ensure the recruitment and retention of highly qualified project resources, including Agile coaches, management consultants, and technology strategists.
- Work with leadership to mentor and coach others, provide performance feedback, and advise practice leadership to ensure Apex has the internal talent to drive successful engagements and develops existing talent to meet client needs in Agile, management consulting, project management, and technology strategy.
