Job Description

Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team, and make a real impact on a global scale. At Goodwin, we work with some of the world’s most successful and innovative investors, entrepreneurs and disruptors in the life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology and financial industries, and where they converge. As part of the Global Operations Team – all business professionals at the firm – you’ll collaborate with colleagues from varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an environment where cross-functional learning, networking, and collaboration are at the core of what we do.

Here, we’re not just supporting a law firm; we’re partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, world-class regulatory compliance and advisory services, and complex transactions. Our commitment to integrity, ingenuity, agility, and ambition drives us, and we’re proud to have been recognised as the “Best Business Team” by The American Lawyer.

This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers.

Goodwin is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the adoption of technology products and digital transformation initiatives across the firm. This role focuses on hands-on execution of change activities, including communications, training, and user enablement, working closely with product, project, and business teams. The Specialist will contribute to well-defined change strategies and play a critical role in ensuring new tools and ways of working are understood, adopted, and effectively used by attorneys and business professionals.

What You Will Do:

Change Execution & Support

  • Support the execution of OCM plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs

  • Conduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments under guidance from senior OCM or program leaders

  • Identify adoption challenges and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies as appropriate

Communications

  • Develop and distribute clear, audience-appropriate communications supporting change initiatives

  • Translate complex concepts into practical messages that explain the purpose, benefits, and user impact of changes

  • Maintain and update communication artifacts across defined channels such as email, intranet content, and FAQs

Training & Enablement

  • Develop role-based training materials including job aids, guides, quick-reference materials, and e-learning content

  • Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and feedback collection for live and virtual sessions

  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and user-focused

User Adoption & Engagement

  • Support user adoption activities such as pilot groups, champion networks, and feedback loops

  • Track adoption metrics and summarize insights related to usage, engagement, and learning effectiveness

  • Assist with post-launch support and reinforcement activities to improve sustained adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align change activities with delivery timelines

  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, HR, and Communications teams on shared enablement efforts

Measurement & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data related to training participation, adoption, and user feedback

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for program teams and leadership

  • Use insights to recommend incremental improvements to change materials and approaches

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 3–6+ years of experience in change management, training, communications, or related roles

  • Experience supporting technology implementations, system rollouts, or digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences

  • Experience developing training materials, job aids, or user documentation
