Skills and Competencies

  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, product, marketing, or market research within the Property Insurance space.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer personas, and workflows in the Property Insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learnin how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field required.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth and market insight for Moody's Property Insurance segment.
  • Analyse and monitor demand and competitive trends impacting Moody's customers and prospects.
  • Identify growth opportunities across customer sub-segments and workflows.
  • Prioritise and deploy product, sales, service, and marketing resources to improve profitability.
  • Support M&A and investment activities with strategic recommendations.
  • Inform marketing messages and positioning through market insights.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Property Insurance sub-segment to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide expert insights into industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain strong understanding of Moody's solutions and their value propositions.
  • Collaborate with product strategy, GTM enablement, sales, and marketing teams to align initiatives.
  • Assess strategic partners and acquisition targets to expand market reach.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing materials and thought leadership content.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$198,300.00-$287,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
