Job Description
You'll develop a deep understanding of procurement systems and processes that allows significant contribution to a variety of cross-functional projects, including advancement of Procurement's Digital Roadmap, through assisting with the implementation of tools and processes that help reach savings goals.
Position Responsibilities
- Drive streamlined Supply Chain processes across the organization.
- This will be achieved through:
- Extensive dialog with business partners to understand business requirements,
- Creative problem-solving that demonstrates an "art of the possible" mindset,
- Proactively engage cross-functional personnel at various career levels, and an understanding of when to escalate issues requiring the attention of leadership.
- Take full ownership of work assignments that will often include a degree of ambiguity.
- Written and verbal communication skills that are aligned with the needs and career level of the audience.
- Achieve and maintain power-user status by working with other super-users within the following tools and systems: SAP ECC and additional SAP modules, Project Management tools, and various reporting and dashboard applications.
- BS/BA in General Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related major.
- 5+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management roles.
- Influence management and team building experience
- Strong skill set using relevant technology, including SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, Clarizen, PowerPoint and other analysis software.
- Availability for travel approximately 10% of time
- In Office 3 Days per week Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
