Job Summary
Assist branch leadership with the overall supervision and workflow of the building with the end goal of accuracy of inventory, on-time order processing and accurate delivery of product to the customer.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage the daily labor needs and identify areas of efficiency within staffing and/or work volume. Redirect resources as necessary around the building to meet the needs of the customer.
Review scheduling completed by supervisors to ensure coverage at all times as well as balance of work hours to enable consistent flow of work out if the building. Direct appropriate staff (maintenance, shipping, receiving, etc) to resolve issues as they arise.
Develop, recommend, and implement alternative workaround strategies when issues arise impacting one or more areas of the location.
Monitor all outbound activities at the location and make adjustments as required.
Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
Coach, train and mentor team members in the area of productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
Requirements:
Education
High school diploma
Relevant Work Experience
3 years supervisory experience
Experience with and knowledge of WMS
Willingness to work weekends and/or non-standard hours
Preferred Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
Experience in conveyor and/or other automated distribution/warehousing technologies.
Experience in managing workflow of large operations.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$62,400.00 - $90,480.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
