Supply Chain Capabilities Specialist - Planning COE

Job Description

Reporting to theManager of Supply Planning, you will serve as a liaison between system users, business partners and IT. You'll be a contact for any system related issues whether originated by IT or the users. You'll identify training opportunities, system business process gaps, system performance concerns and system enhancement needs.

You will be part of any function related system implementations to ensure our users are prepared and to provide ongoing support for daily operations and have ongoing responsibilities for identifying and implementing system enhancement and related processes and provide ongoing training. Support teams with identification, development and implementation of reporting and analytics to improve service and reduce cost and system and business process improvements.

Position Responsibilities

With guidance, you'll support planning systems:

  • Perform problem root cause analysis of business processes and system problems and recommend solutions that prevent problem recurrence.
  • Create and deliver training materials to end-users that foster effective use of systems - SAP ECC MRP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder ESP, Power BI
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time and meet our requirements
  • Liaison with IT regarding implementations, system enhancements, and upgrade
  • Communicate business needs, update leadership with progress on open requests and work with management team to coordinate resource needs for design, testing and implementation support.
  • Review current business processes to determine where automation / improvements will increase efficiency. Identify process efficiencies, recommend better uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and train end-users.
  • Work with business to design functional specifications for reports. Work in ConAgra internal reporting teams to develop reporting and manage ongoing business needs.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 + years of related work experience in Supply Chain
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management principles, production planning, inventory management, demand-based replenishment and purchasing
  • Excel - Intermediate level
  • Days in office: 3 Tuesday -Thursday

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
