Supply Planner - Bakery

Job Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager at the Indianapolis Bakery, local producers of Marie Callender Pies and Dolly Parton Cheesecakes, you will oversee inventory and supply planning for assigned plants and co-packers. You will maintain capacity plans, production schedules, and finite schedules to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives. You will also manage master data maintenance and collaborate on high-priority projects with the Data Management Organization. Your expertise will support new product commercialization and resolve key inventory challenges.

Your Impact

  • Oversee inventory and supply planning for assigned plant.

  • Maintain capacity plans and production schedules to meet service and cost objectives.

  • Collaborate with production facilities, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning to address potential issues.

  • Translate S&OP forecasts into SKU-DC level supply plans.

  • Lead master data collection and maintenance to support inventory and production objectives.

  • Assess inventory levels and forecasts to make decisions that minimize costs and achieve service goals.

  • Track plant performance against supply chain plans and reconcile metrics versus targets.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for supply planning tools and systems.

  • Analyze long-term production capacity and develop annual capacity planning models.

  • Support successful promotions and new product launches through effective planning.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations, including exposure to S&OP processes, customer planning, and supply planning.

  • Experience with SAP (Business Warehouse & Business Intelligence) or similar supply planning software preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills combined with solid technical knowledge.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • APICS certification is a plus.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
