Job Description

As the Systems Analyst (Customer Delivery & Customer Order Management Portfolio), reporting to the Director IT (Customer Delivery & Customer Order Management Portfolio), you will play a key role in Conagra's digital transformation journey across our Supply Chain. You will partner with Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Order Management teams to design, deliver, and support technology that powers the movement of our products and ensures a seamless experience for our customers. This role blends hands-on technical work with cross-functional leadership-perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Your Impact

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand processes, capture requirements, and translate needs into actionable Agile Features and Stories.

  • Own delivery accountability for assigned initiatives-coordinating across business teams, vendors, and IT to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

  • Participate in solution design, configuration, build, testing, documentation, deployment, and stabilization across SAP ECC/S4, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder WMS, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and related applications.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and system integration enhancements.

  • Define and document process flows, requirements, and test plans to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

  • Oversee IT Outsourcer performance, including incident management, change control, and service-level adherence.

  • Engage in financial management and forecasting of IT costs for assigned solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and process standards.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and continuous delivery of enhancements.

  • Collaborate with architects and solution leads to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and technical standards.

  • Champion change adoption-helping the business embrace new capabilities and realize measurable operational improvements.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field).

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Understanding of IT systems architecture, business process design, and solution delivery methodologies.

  • Familiarity with one or more Supply Chain applications: SAP ECC/S4, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder WMS, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

  • Experience working in Agile and/or Continuous Delivery environments.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes-particularly in Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or Order Management.

  • Proven skill in translating between business and technical concepts, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing and driving results in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

  • Exposure to vendor management and outsourced IT service delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new business processes and systems.

  • Travel up to 10% annually.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
