Establish and manage requirements database aspects for critical aircraft actuation systems that include DO-178 and DO-254 certified software and electronics and support the development process through all phases from proposals to certification completion. Develop system architectures for integrated actuation sub-systems, and generate associated schematics, diagrams and descriptions to support contracted programs and new business proposals. Develop subsystem simulation models of actuation equipment for prediction of performance. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Experience with IBM DOORS requirements management software, and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
