As a Tableau Visualization Expert, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and IT. Your primary focus will be transforming complex data sets into compelling, actionable visualizations that drive strategic decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project, influencing how this iconic brand engages with its customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data, enabling data-driven omnichannel decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for data visualization and analysis.
  • Develop and refine SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from diverse sources, including databases and data warehouses.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will inform omnichannel strategies.
  • Create data models and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, models, and visualizations.
  • Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective utilization of data visualizations.
  • Stay current with Tableau and SQL best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve data visualizations and query performance.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and data storytelling.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL programming skills, with experience in query optimization and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles, including best practices and data storytelling techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems, including data warehouses and databases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata and/or SQL Server
  • Experience with supply and inventory planning, manufacturing
  • Master’s degree in a related field

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.20 to $48.00 an hour.
