- Responsible for top of funnel sourcing efforts including, but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates.
- Manage candidates and documentation through Jobvite ATS
- Partner with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and business leaders and conduct in-take calls to understand their hiring needs. (move to second bullet point)
- Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, evangelizing Cupertino Electric externally
- Assist at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
- Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned.
- Stay apprised of industry trends including Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically.
- Provide various support and cross-functional collaboration on projects at the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition.
- Additional assignments relative to talent acquisition as deemed necessary by business needs.
