Skills and Competencies

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or technology
  • Proven success in sourcing top-tier talent through multiple channels, including AI recruitment tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox, or similar)
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging analytics and industry trends to guide hiring decisions
  • Agility and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; curiosity and willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including agentic AI
  • Proven ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates, facilitate effective negotiations, and deliver clear, consistent communication to create a positive and collaborative hiring experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand team structure, role requirements, and hiring goals
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and a variety of active and passive channels to identify and engage top-tier talent
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage candidate pipelines, and use data and analytics to inform hiring strategies, pipeline health, and market conditions
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, representing Moody's brand and values at every touchpoint
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging AI tools in recruiting
  • Champion process improvement and adoption of new technologies to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness

Our Talent Attraction team is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment and regional sourcing strategies that strengthen our organizational capabilities. We partner with business leaders to ensure they have the talent needed to achieve their objectives across the Americas region. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $67,800 - $98,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
