The ideal candidate will have experience in content management and knowledge systems, with strong skills in information architecture, governance, and process design. This role is less about technical writing and more about building scalable content systems, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all AI-related documentation.

  • Implement tagging, linking, and macros to improve navigation.

Collaboration

  • Facilitate review cycles and incorporate feedback from technical and non-technical users.
  • Provide templates, style guides, and best practices for contributors.
  • Offer hands-on support and coaching for content contributors.

Content Creation & Review

  • Edit contributor content for clarity, formatting, and adherence to standards.
  • Write and update technical guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and best practices.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for internal audiences.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all AI-related content areas.

Content Management

  • Manage version control and updates for evolving AI tools and documentation.
  • Monitor content health and analytics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Process Improvement

  • Define and refine content governance, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to templates and publishing processes.
  • Utilize Confluence automations and AI features to streamline content contribution and review.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or information architecture within technical environments.
  • Proficiency in Confluence (including automations and AI features).
  • Experience building or maintaining centralized knowledge systems.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy, tagging, metadata, and governance models.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts or tools is a plus.
Must-Haves
  1. Expertise in Confluence/Atlassian.
  2. Strong technical background (comfortable with engineering/product terminology).
  3. Experience defining content standards and governance models.
  4. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
  5. Process improvement and contributor coaching experience.
