***3+ years of experience with Finastra LaserPro is required
Position: Business Analyst / UAT
Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX / Minneapolis, MN - 3 days/week on-site
Duration: 12 months
Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range: W2 $50-60/hr negotiable based on experience

Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge with automated systems for commercial loan documentation generation - Finastra LaserPro
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and test cases.
- Demonstrated experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
- Experience and understanding of terms in commercial loan documents such as Promissory note, credit agreements, Mortgages and guaranty’s.
- Strong ability to interpret loan terms outlined in commercial loan documents
- Proficiency with nCino credit originations tool is preferred, especially the document preparation workflow.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, UAT or design.
- 3+ years of experience in product development or product management.
Additional Skills
- Perform user acceptance testing and create test jobs
- Implement system enhancements, process improvements, software updates, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with legal and third-party vendors to keep loan document content current.
- Support transformation initiatives for a new strategic Loan Documentation Generation Platform.
- Develop and document data and system requirements to meet business needs.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional business requirements gathering sessions (both in-person and remote).
- Provide strategic business solutions for technology initiatives impacting multiple business lines.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
