Ready to revolutionize global logistics and break down barriers for buyers and sellers worldwide? As a UX Designer with a pioneering design team, you’ll craft intuitive, end-to-end logistics experiences, influencing significant UX decisions while collaborating with a diverse, international team. This is a unique opportunity to make commerce accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Be a driving force in shaping the future of global logistics with this exciting UX Designer role! Partnering with Aquent, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing how the world connects through commerce. You’ll be instrumental in designing cutting-edge user experiences for web and mobile interfaces, transforming complex workflows into seamless and intuitive interactions.

As a UX Designer, you will:

This role balances independent creative work with collaborative sessions, ensuring your designs meet both user needs and business goals. This team is multicultural, multilingual, and passionate about revolutionizing global logistics. They value work-life balance, flexibility, and personal well-being, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, usability principles, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data, usability findings, market research, and UCD principles.
  • Ability to present design work to various audiences, including executives.
  • Experience contributing to UI design and development best practices and standards.
  • Proven leadership in e-commerce trends, enterprise design, web application design, and UI innovations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to work with highly technical teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

About Aquent Talent

Since the world of work is best when it’s unequivocally human, we put people at the center of everything we do. It starts with matching the right talent to the right opportunities and building relationships that help careers and companies thrive. That’s why we’re the global leader in talent and recruiting for marketing, creative, and design. We’re in the business of big wins for everyone.

What we're about.

Flexibility
Business priorities can change in a flash. So we believe in the power of a flexible workforce—the extended workforce, temporary talent, freelancers, and contractors—to help organizations be more nimble. When it comes to talent, we also believe work doesn’t have to be about the four walls of an office, a 9-to-5 schedule, or a traditional career path.

Empowering talent
Your career. Your call. We believe talent should be in the driver’s seat of their careers, equipped with the tools, skills, and autonomy to create the careers they want. At the same time, they shouldn’t have to go it alone when it comes to job searching and career decisions—they deserve a partner to coach them along the way.

Inclusivity
It’s clear. A diverse workplace delivers better outcomes for organizations and talent. Creating an inclusive environment—one that values different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives—is critical to everyone’s growth and success. So we believe in going all in. See how.

Equality
Amazing benefits—for all. We believe talent should be on the same playing field as traditional employees, especially when it comes to employee benefits. That means things like comprehensive health insurance, paid sick leave, retirement plans, and more.
