Systems Performance Integrator/Scripter
Location: Remote / Georgia, Alabama and surrounding areas in Georgia
Length: 12+ months contract to hire
Payrate: $35 - $40/hr.
Schedule: Remote - Monday-Friday
Job Description:
Core Technical Experience
· Scripting & Terminal Use
o Experience in scripting for LTE
o Familiarity with scripting terminals (e.g., Putty)
o Running commands in routers/switches
o Provisioning at Layer 2 or Layer 3
· Radio Access Network (RAN)
o Ericsson RAN experience preferred – Nokia also okay
o Experience with RAN Implementation (Ericsson or similar)
o Technologies: 3G, 4G, 5G (3GPP standards)
· RF & Transmission Knowledge
o General knowledge of RF propagation theory
o Understanding of RF transmission theory
o Experience with 2-way radio systems
Tools & Platforms
· Software & Utilities
o Putty
o Google Suite
o Microsoft Office
· Networking Tools
o Layout of a switch
o Virtual layers
Standards & Protocols
· Familiarity with:
o 3GPP standards
o Wi-Fi
o 5G
o General network standards
Preferred/Bonus Skills
· Knowledge of Python (a plus)
Integration and Parameter Validation
- Run integration scripts and set up golden parameters to validate that the new site and/or carriers are configured correctly for service.
- If hardware errors or configuration issues are identified, the project may need to be returned to Operations or Engineering for correction.
- Once issues are resolved, repeat this step to ensure all parameters remain valid and unchanged after corrective actions.
