LEAP is Fidelity's learner-centered technology program crafted to prepare recent graduates to become leading technologists. Upon completion, participants are placed within our diverse technology organization for continued full-time employment in multiple roles and locations throughout the US.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
Recent completion or in current pursuit of a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT bachelor's degree
A solid understanding of software development principles and data structures
Hands-on technical project experience: Previous technical internship experience is a plus
Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills
Ability to work to achieve group goals in a fast-paced environment to achieve
Passionate about learning new technologies

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The LEAP program is designed to build a solid foundation of a culture of continuous development through high-impact learning experiences. LEAP offers candidates an opportunity to join Fidelity full-time as a:
Software Engineer: Design and develop premium digital applications in an Agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms. We look for knowledge with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), middle-tier (Java, NodeJS) and back-end (SQL) languages and frameworks. Experience with Spring, Angular, or similar technologies is a plus.
