The Accounting Assistant takes care of essential budgeting and administrative duties in processing payments. You can gain experience in budget management for various Berklee programs including Summer in the City, festivals, and gigs. You will engage professionally with many companies and organizations that Berklee partners with.

Essential Duties

-Processing payments out to performers and in from venues in a timely manner

-Learn Workday program for invoicing and keeping track of transactions

-Flexible remote working schedule with weekly virtual meetings

Requirements

-Great attention to detail

-Good at communicating and reaching out to others and following up on required documents

-Independent worker

-Report regularly to supervisor on updates

-Comfortable using Google Drive — Google Sheets, Google Docs

-Experience using Workday a bonus but not required

This position will be mostly remote and will work about 20-30hrs/week.
