At Spectrum, we ensure the delivery of our internet services to more than 32 million customers nationwide. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices via multiple sources. You will be precise in ensuring that expenses are controlled properly by processing, receiving, verifying, and reconciling the payments of invoices. Your work will assist in the protection and growth of Charter's expanding network.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Accounting principles experience of one to three years, ERP experience of zero to two years
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, accounting procedures, and proficient in MS Excel
- Abilities: Able to communicate clearly and concisely with vendors and other business departments in a straight-forward and professional manner, able to work quickly and efficiently while paying high attention to detail
- Skills: Strong communication, able to plan and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment in a well-organized manner
- Schedule: Hours will be dictated by business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.40 and $36.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
