Location: Hybrid in San Diego, CA, Kearny Mesa (3 days onsite in 2025, moving to 4 days onsite in 2026)
Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team supporting critical operations in the energy sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule.
What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual contributor.
- Manage calendars and coordinate schedules.
- Prepare field work packages and handle document uploads.
- Pull and print gas and electric maps for operational needs.
- Submit Standby Lineman and Locator requests.
- Prepare customer invoices and manage permits.
- Assist with word processing, filing, answering phones, and obtaining supplies.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Work on meaningful projects that support essential services.
- Hybrid flexibility with a clear schedule roadmap.
