YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as advanced algorithm development, AI/ML, navigation, sensing and estimation, software development, or related fields
WE VALUE
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, data science, robotics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Experience with implementation of AI/ML algorithms, especially related to the field of navigation
- Experience with Kalman filters, inertial measurement units, and error modeling for various sensors
- Strong software skills to implement algorithms in embedded software
- Good communication skills and ability to simply describe technical concepts
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills as needed on projects
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in small technical teams
