Job Summary:
The Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. The Account Executive will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients with some degree of supervision and approval from their Supervisor. You will take on the role of lead consultant and primary point of contact for assigned clients and you may support the Account Management team where needed. The Account Executive will have client retention targets. This is a growth opportunity on a leadership track.
You should have experience servicing clients within Private Client Business/Personal Risk/Personal Lines - affluent-HNW group.
This is a full-time role with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. This role requires at least 2-3 days a week from our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. Working in the office is essential for fostering your network, interactions and facilitating career development and mentorship of support staff. Being in-office allows for spontaneous collaboration, immediate feedback, and stronger team relationships, all of which are crucial for your professional growth and success.
