- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency (Terraform)
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or related LLM orchestration frameworks
- Ability to contribute to complex, multi-layered engineering initiatives
- Experience building production-grade LLM applications
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns
- Experience deploying AI workloads into cloud or hybrid environments
- Experience with prompt engineering, safety guardrails, or agent-based AI systems
- Ability to optimize model pipelines, context windows, and inference performance
The Software Engineer 4 will work on complex AI/ML-driven software engineering initiatives, supporting enterprise-level LLM architectures and platform capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP, developing scalable Python-based solutions, integrating with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code pipelines, and contributing to long-term AI strategy and system modernization. The engineer will collaborate strategically with technical stakeholders to evaluate complex engineering challenges and ensure solutions align with enterprise policies, security, and compliance requirements.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:• Design and implement AI/ML and LLM-based solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and Python
• Develop modular, production-ready AI components and integrate them with enterprise systems
• Implement CI/CD automation for AI workflows and model deployment
• Build infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to support scalable model operations
• Apply the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context-aware model interactions
• Evaluate engineering challenges involving retrieval, orchestration, and context management
• Collaborate across teams to architect end‑to‑end AI solutions
• Evaluate multiple technical factors and propose scalable, compliant solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues across AI pipelines and dependencies
• Consult with software engineering teams to guide AI/ML best practices and patterns
• Document architectures, workflows, and model decision logic
