Piedmont Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologists to join our distinguished teams at Piedmont Newnan, Atlanta, Macon, Fayette, Augusta, Rockdale and Henry Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have experience in general anesthesia and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care within a collaborative and innovative clinical environment. Position Highlights & Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthetic care, including preoperative evaluation, intraoperative management, and postoperative care
* Supervise and collaborate with Anesthesia Advanced Practice Providers (CRNA or Anesthesiologist Assistant) to ensure safe and effective anesthesia services
* Participate in providing 24/7 anesthesia coverage in coordination with the anesthesia care team
* Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and clinical workflows
* Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* MD or DO degree
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
* Active Georgia medical license (or eligible and willing to obtain Georgia licensure
* Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in general anesthesia (newer physicians with relevant training are encouraged to apply)
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
