The ideal candidate has prior hands-on SAP AR experience, is comfortable with repetitive transactional work, and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, month-end–driven environment. This role is operational and execution-focused, not strategic or FP&A-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily cash application transactions using SAP, including reviewing daily bank statements, matching customer payments to open invoices, and applying remittances accurately to customer accounts.
- Manage high-volume AR transactions, with increased activity during month-end close.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a corporate or enterprise environment is required. Experience with bank statements and remittance documentation is also necessary.
Technical Skills: Hands-on SAP experience is required, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred. Candidates must have direct experience posting cash, clearing invoices, and managing AR transactions in SAP. Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas, filters, and reconciliations, are required.
Preferred Qualifications
