Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department
  • Responsible for maintaining and sanitizing work areas and storage rooms in compliance with the health department
  • Assist in coaching, counseling, and scheduling of Stewards
  • Assist with time keeping and payroll for the department

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to team build, and to support and motivate colleagues
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
