Job Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department
Responsible for maintaining and sanitizing work areas and storage rooms in compliance with the health department
Assist in coaching, counseling, and scheduling of Stewards
Assist with time keeping and payroll for the department

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Previous leadership experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to team build, and to support and motivate colleagues
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
